On or about July 2, 2009 I purchased a pair of Air Jordan Fusion 4's and a Pair of Jordan True Flights. Finally got around to adding a video about the kicks... and the video was not shot to brag or boast; I shot the video because I was surprised/inspired by the style, quality, and design of the AJF 4's as well as the True Flights.

Prior to about 7/2/2009 it had been about 5 to 8 years since I last purchased a pair of Jordan "Anything"... In my opinion, the Jordan Brand had pretty much "Fell Off" ...Mike was releasing straight trash shoe designs and overcharging for his poorly designed kicks.

So anyway's, at Footlocker I came across the AJF 4's and at first glance I thought they were the Air Jordan 4's until I took a closer look. Like I said, I had given up on the Jordan Brand and I knew nothing of Fusions but the AJF 4's had my undivided attention. I examined the kicks for 5 minutes before I made up my mind that I had to have 'em...

So I was about to check out with the Fusion 4's but then... then I came across the Air Jordan Retro 7's... at least I thought that they were the Retro 7's but they turned out to be the Jordan True Flights. So there I was with two hot pair of Jordan's trying to decide which pair to buy... hadn't had a pair of J's in years so... fcuk it, I bought both pair...

OK. OK. at around 4:10 into the video I basically ramble about Brand Jordan and Nike being 2 separate companies that could not agree on releasing the retro's... well after further research it turns out that Nike and Jordan are in Business together with Nike being the parent company... I always thought that Jordan went solo with the kicks but it seems that I thought wrong... I ADMIT that I was wrong... Jordan and Nike ARE business partners.

I have no clue why they ration out retro's... I still do not believe that they don't release retro's because they don't want to dilute the market. But anyway's I admit that I was wrong with the statement made in the video (4:10).

I made a bad statement in the video... I think. Whatever. All I know is that the retro's need to be released more often ...the AJF 4's are Hot but I would prefer the retro's.

I know that Ol heads will be pissed that I bought Fusions because buying Fusions only encourages Nike & Mike to continue on with Fusion releases but I promise that the AJ4's are the last pair of fusions for me. From now on, I will purchase Authentic Retro's only.

Nike and Mike: The Streets want Retro's... Retro's 3 - 8... Pay attention... and oh, Promo & Street teams can send new products and prototypes (for review)... contact me
